Riverside Park at 3rd Street, Oakmont, Pennsylvania.

This park is open daily with daylight hours. Therefore, the hours open do change during the year according to sunrise and sunset. You'll enjoy a beautiful view of the Allegheny River. There is a pavilion the Borough rents out in the lower park. There's a very nice playground with tennis and basketball courts set within the track. The track was just updated from gravel to black top a few years ago but some of the trees that are near the track are already causing cracks in the track from their roots growing up and through the track. There are outdoor public bathrooms. The lower park is wheelchair accessible and I believe that at the far end of the lower park, there is a wheelchair accessible gravel path that you can use to get to the bathrooms and upper park which includes the football, baseball, and softball fields as well as an ice rink which is open as weather permits. Parking for the lower park is actually in the lower parking lot for the high school so parking may be very limited during school hours. There is parting available on a back street that's has access to the gravel path. You're allowed to take your car down the path temporarily to unload and pack up after using the pavilion. There is also parking for the upper park again, on school grounds as well as street parking. Please note that pets are not allowed in the park.
